Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Toutro website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing or ordering, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The maison & its pieces

We take care to describe and photograph every piece accurately, including its condition and provenance. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and minor characteristics consistent with fine and pre-loved goods are part of their character rather than a fault.

Every piece is a pre-loved designer item purchased for resale; any notable wear is disclosed in the listing.

Toutro is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands whose items we sell. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe the items accurately.

Pricing & availability

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. Because much of the collection is one-of-a-kind, availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing error and to decline or cancel an order arising from such an error, refunding you in full where payment has been taken.

Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the piece. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment partner.

We may cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where these terms have been breached.

Shipping & returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it for timelines, insurance, and the conditions under which a piece may be returned.

Offers & messaging

Where we invite offers or direct messages on a piece, these features are provided in good faith for genuine enquiries. We may decline any offer, and we ask that all communication remain courteous. We reserve the right to withdraw access from anyone who misuses them.

Text messages (SMS)

Toutro Alerts is our text message program. If you provide a mobile number when you sign in or contact us, you may receive account and transactional texts from Toutro, including one-time sign-in codes and updates about your own orders and price offers. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. Text HELP for help, or contact us at clientservices@shopaholichq.com. Providing your mobile number and consenting to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell mobile numbers, or your consent to be contacted, with third parties or for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photography, graphics, and the Toutro name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maison is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
